More than 400,000 work days lost with Angry Birds - every day

There is a stunning statistic in this interview with the developer of Angry Brids by Hilz Fuld: More than 200 million minutes every day is spent on playing Angry Birds. This sounds like a lot, but it is still hard to put the figure in perspective.

Statistics need to be put in some form of context. Pick the one that is most useful in your presentation.

This is probably the usual made up web statistics to be seen in a pitch near you very soon - if there are 1 billion devices capable of playing this game (big assumption) then if only 1 percent of users spend half their waking hours playing this game then ...

I wonder how that compares to other lost-productivity indicators, like March Madness, the World Cup, etc

Maybe, or 20 million downloads, avg minute played per download per day -> 200 million minutes
